PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT FORUM TASK TEAMS

Within the background for the need to identify and address the numerous challenges with regards to Property development applications, various PDF Task Teams were established.

The Task Teams comprise membership of both the private sector (property developers/professionals) identified within the Property Developer’s Forum. Each Task Team regarding its specific focus, deals with the interests of the Developers and officials from the City of Tshwane, with the understanding that by the exclusion of community-based organizations, their interests shall be taken into consideration.

Each Task Team supported by the PDF Secretariat meets monthly or as required, reporting back on issues raised with recommendations to the Property Development Forum “General” Meeting which takes place on a quarterly basis.
